Andrea Fodor-Kardos received her M.Sc. as a chemist from the University of Attila József in Szeged in 1997. She worked a few years in photochemistry at the University of Pannonia. She has been working as a junior research fellow from 2005 in the Functional Nanoparticles Research Group which is operated jointly by the Institute of Materials and Environmental Chemistry of the Research Centre for Natural Sciences of Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Research Institute of Biomolecular and Chemical Engineering at the University of Pannonia. Her main research area is the microencapsulation of drugs and phase change materials by emulsion methods and spherical agglomeration.
