György Babos got his environmental engineer degree from Széchenyi István University in 2014 after he had finished his chemical technician studies. He then started his job at Houghton Deutschland GmbH where he analysed polymer-based cooling liquids and lubricants. Later in 2014 he started working for the Environment and Nature Conservation Inspectorate of the North-Danubean region where he spent 3 years in instrumental analytics (GC-MS, ion chromatography). He started his MSc studies in 2017 at the University of Pannonia. From the autumn of 2017 he works at the Functional Nanoparticles Research Group jointly operated by the HAS Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Institute of Materials and Environmental Chemistry and the University of Pannonia, Research Institute of Biomolecular and Chemical Engineering. His main research topic is the preparation and analysis of biodegradable polymer-based drug-loaded nanoparticles and its development towards active targeted therapy.
